Basic and simple

Hola amigos, estoy tan emocionada por el día de mañana, varias reuniones que culminan con el fashion show de verano de Siman, estoy muy contenta de haber podido regalar entradas a ustedes, mis lectores, mañana tendré la oportunidad de estar con algunas chicas y conocerlas... Espero traer mas de este tipo de promociones para ir conociendo mas de mi lindo publico. 

Hello friends, I am so excited for tomorrow, I have several meetings culminating with Siman summer fashion show, I am so glad I could give away tickets to you, my readers, tomorrow I will have the opportunity to be with some of you girls and get to know you better... I hope bring more of these types of promotions to get to know more of my public.

Pero antes de empezar este largo día quiero dejarles un post, de algo que use para un día suave y relajado, el típico outfit que uso para salir a caminar o a tomar un helado en una tarde fresca. Esta blusa es una de mis nuevas compras, es cómoda en extremo, y en repetidas ocasiones me ha permitido crear capas con ella. Si lo notan este es un outfit muy básico, y su simplicidad es lo que lo hace tan fresco. A veces hay que mantener las cosas simples, no solo en la ropa sino en el día a día, es una disciplina que últimamente estoy tratando de implementar en mi diario vivir y de cierta manera cosas grandes pasan... 

But before this long day begin I want to leave a post of something I wore for a relaxed day, the typical attire I wear to take a walk out or to get an ice cream ice cream on a cool afternoon. This blouse is one of my new purchases and is extremely comfy, repeatedly has allowed me to create layers with it. If you notice, this is a basic outfit, and it´s  simplicity is what makes it fresh. Sometimes we should keep things simple, not only in our clothes but in the day to day, it is a discipline I'm trying to implement in my daily life lately and in some way big things started happen...

White guipure dress

Hola amigos! Me alegra estar aquí otra vez, el clima de Guatemala esta cada vez mas lindo, mi casa es un tempano pero al salir de ella me encanta ver tanto color. Para mi es la hora de sacar mis vestidos, y ustedes saben que me encanta usar vestidos, es una prenda que me hace sentir demasiado femenina. Este vestido en particular, que ustedes comentaron mucho en instagram, fue un regalo de mi hermana, ella conoce tan bien mi gusto por ciertas piezas, y con esta no fue la excepción. Este es un vestido H&M y esta lleno de ligereza y sofisticacion. 

Hello my friends! Glad to be here again, Guatemala´s weather is increasingly cute, my house is an iceberg but out of it I love to see so much color. For me it's time to put my dresses out, and you know that I love to wear dresses, it´s a garment that makes me feel too feminine. This dress in particular that you commented so much on instagram, was a gift from my sister, she knows my taste so well for certain pieces, and this was no exception. This is an H&M dress and is full of lightness and sophistication.

También quiero contarles que el traslado de la conectividad de mis servicios se ha hecho muy lenta y han habido muchos inconvenientes para instalarlo, pero espero que hoy si puedan lograrlo, de esa manera yo tendré mas libertad de contestar sus lindos comentarios y correos electrónicos que siempre tanto me animan, y no sentirme tan limitada como cuando solo puedo conectarme con el celular. 

I also want to tell you the transfer of the connectivity of my services has been slow and there have been many drawbacks to install them, but I hope today they can do it, that way I'll have more freedom to answer your nice comments and emailswich  always  encourage me, and not feel as limited as when I can just connect to my cel phone.

Hoy quiero mostrarles un poco mas de la ciudad donde vivo. La semana pasada este vídeo empezó a circular por las redes sociales y ha sido el hit, a mi me lo compartió mi hermana y rápidamente pensé en compartirlo con ustedes. No lo van a ver una ni dos veces, les aseguro que lo verán muchas, a mi me encanta la canción y el ritmo de todos en el video, así que esto va para mi serie ON REPEAT.

Today I want to show a little more of the city where I live. Last week this video began circulating on social networks and has been a hit, my sister shared it with me and I quickly thought I'd share with you. You won´t watch it once or twice, I assure you that you will watch it many times, I do love the song and the rhythm of everyone in the video, so this one is going to my serie ON REPEAT.

Amigos como están? Que alegría poder al fin contarles acerca de este proyecto del que sabíamos desde hace mucho pero nos lo reservamos para que fuera sorpresa. Hoy se lanza una nueva revista aquí en Guatemala, llamada ES, esta revista tendrá un contenido acerca de estilo de vida y sociedad, y en su lanzamiento estaremos en portada cinco bloggers guatemaltecas, todas tenemos en común que hablamos de moda en nuestros blogs, y juntas (Amparo, Flor, Luisa, Steph y su servidora), apoyaremos en la revista cada mes con un pequeño articulo. Suena bien verdad! 

Hello my friends, how are you? I´m so happy to finally tell you about this project, I knew about it for a long time but we all wanted to be a surprise. Today a new guatemalan magazine is launched, named ES, it´s about lifestyle and society, and we´ll be in the cover of the first edition, we write about fashion in our blogs and together (Amparo, Flor, Luisa, Steph y su servidora), we´ll be collaborating with a monthly article for the magazine. Sounds pretty great!

Así que desde hoy pueden comprar su Revista Contrapoder y adentro de ella encontraran ES. Yo estoy super contenta, es mi primera portada, y es como wow! Todo el equipo (Haydee Archila, Ichigo Tock, Francisco Sandoval),  hizo un gran trabajo para que la foto quedara lo mejor posible. Gracias a todos y cada uno...

Bloom in the spring

Hola a todos! Un nuevo mes ha empezado y yo lo he iniciado en una nueva casa, este ultimo fin de semana me mude y como podrán imaginarse estoy en medio del caos de la organización. Amo mi nueva casa, es super fría, duermo como oso polar, pero al salir de casa veo la ciudad adornada con flores hermosas dignas de la hermosa primavera. Así que este post esta lleno de ellas... 

Hello everyone! A new month has started and I've started it on a new house, last weekend I was moving and as you can imagine I'm in the chaos of the organization. I love my new house, it's super cold, I sleep like a polar bear, but whrn I leave the house I can see the city decorated with beautiful flowers worthy of the beautiful spring. So this post is full with them...

En anteriores ocasiones les he dicho que el blanco y negro puede ser combinado con cualquier color (lee haciendo click aquí), y si respetamos la regla de no usar mas de cuatro colores en un outfit me quedo corta, ya que el blanco casi no cuenta. El menta y el rosa y fucsia es característico de esta temporada y quería crear algo usando ambos. Luego recordé las bugambilias y me hizo click el outfit completo.

In the past I've told you (read by clicking here), that black and white can be combined with any color, and if we respect the rule about not to wear more than four colors in one outfit, I'm not doing it, because white doesn't count. Mint and fuchsia is characteristic of this season and I wanted to create something by wearing both. Then I remembered the bougainvillea and the complete outfit made me click.

  

Cuales son los colores con los que ustedes se identifican en la época primaveral. Yo casi siempre uso el verde, menta, morado, amarillo... Colores que llaman a gritos el verano!

What are the colors that you identify with in the spring. I almost always wear green, mint, purple, yellow... colors that screams for summer!
