Nails with style

Hola a todas!!! La temporada de convivios empezó y queremos lucir perfectas en cada fiesta o reunión que tengamos.. Sé que sus artículos favoritos son los de moda y belleza, así que hoy les traigo algunas propuestas para embellecer nuestras uñas junto a Nail Bar. Tenemos mucha información en cuanto a que vestir pero no siempre del cómo llevar con estilo nuestras manos. Para facilitarles esta temporada y para que no tengan que quebrarse la cabeza nos hemos adelantado para traerles los últimos diseños en uñas.

Hello everybody!!! Christmas party season started and we want to be look perfect in every occasion we can. I know that one of your favourite articles are beauty and fashion, so this time im bringing you some ideas to get the perfect nails with Nail Bar. We have so much info about what to wear but no about what style to get in our hands. To make this work easy for you, we made a step forward to bring you the latest styles in nails designs.

La primera propuesta es llevar tus uñas con un french pero en lugar de combinar dos colores, puedes llevarlo en el mismo color y dividir el diseño usando el color mate abajo y el mismo color pero brillante en la punta de la uña, dibujando un contorno en la división con un tercer color, como este en plateado.

The first style is to get your nails with a modern french, instead of match two colours, you can get it in the same colour! using a mate  down and a shiny in the tip, drawing the outline with a third colour, like this silver. 

La segunda propuesta, y de mis favoritas, ustedes saben lo mucho que me gusta combinar el B&W con dorado, es este diseño de líneas verticales en las uñas, un diseño sencillo pero sumamente chic dependiendo de los colores que elijas.

The second style and is one of my favourites, you know how much I like to match B&W with golden, this design of vertical lines could be extremely chic depending the colours you choose. 

La tercera propuesta para un look más divertido es el diseño geométrico, también de mis favoritos. Puedes usar uno dos o tres colores y esta tendencia es una de las que más fuerte viene para estilizar nuestras uñas el próximo año.

My third proposal for a more fun look is the geometric design, also one of my favorites. You can use two or three colors and this trend will be a strong one next year.

Y la última pero no menos importante, es el clásico diseño de pintar tus uñas de un mismo color y el anular en otro tono diferente o agregando un tono brillante como este, que también recomendamos que sea el utilizado en las niñas pues es simple, coqueto y divertido.

The last but no the less important is a classic design of getting your nails in the same colour and the ring finger with a different tone, or a shiny tone. This is lovely to use in girls cause is simple and funny.

One important information is that Nail Bar is not interested just in how your nails look but also in taking care of them and make them healthy, that's why they just use normal polish with lower chimicals and no semi acrylic polish.  They have six treatment coats for different problems in your nails and nail remover without acetone, and if you dont have time to rush to one of their stores, remember they do home delivery!

Cassual gold

Hola amigos, para terminar la semana los dejo con un outfit post para esos días en que los mandados nos apresan y la ropa cómoda es la mejor aliada sin estar desalinedas. En esta época fría debemos aprovechar para ponernos la ropa oscura y calientita que guardamos durante la mayor parte del año, podemos armar un outfit super casual con un pantalón cómodo, unos tenis y un suéter, pero yo buscaría una prenda que hará resaltar el look, en esta oportunidad lo hice con este suéter, que no es una pieza común, es holgado pero su toque interesante son todos estos hilos dorados entrelazados en el que lo hace ideal para la época no solo porque es tendencia sino porque cumple con el objetivo de mantenerme calientita...

Hello my friends, I have a new outfit post to end the week, for those days when errands took all of our time and wear comfortable clothing is the best ally without feeling almost on pjs. In this cold time we have to wear our dark and warm clothing ´cause we don´t wear it most of the year, we can build a super casual outfit with comfortable pants, sneakers and a sweater, but I would definitely choose a garment that can help the look to stand out, I choose this sweater for that day, which is not a common piece is loose but its interesting touch are all these golden threads interwoven in it, ideal for this time not only because it´s trendy but because it accomplishes the goal of keeping me warm...

Forever Happy

Hola amigos!!! Diciembre ha empezado y esta lleno de regalos para ustedes, empezamos con el sorteo que tenemos junto a Forever 21 para que se vayan de compras en esta época tan festiva. Para mi diciembre es un tiempo para poder ver a mis amigos y familia que no veo usualmente, pues todos estamos en la misma sintonia, de pasar un tiempo juntos. Pero mas allá de las reuniones y los regalos, que siempre son bienvenidos y detalles atesorados, el objetivo de este mes es tener paz y felicidad entre todos. Me he propuesto empezar este mes y nuevo año feliz, y lo he logrado en estos pocos días... 

Lo que les traigo hoy es un outfit de Forever 21, y estas prendas y muchas otras son las que podrían comprar con su tarjeta de regalo. Este outfit esta pensado para usarlo en alguna de las reuniones que tendré con mis amistades este mes. La falda tiene este detalle hermoso como si le hubiesen pintado un patrón de encaje, y el blazer con capa, que por cierto es una de mis tendencias favoritas de la temporada se ajusta totalmente a mi personalidad y armoniza cualquier look para la época, el clutch fue la pieza ideal para darle brillo y un destello de color al outfit. La verdad con mis nuevas adquisiciones de la tienda estoy mas que feliz.

Hello my friends!!! December has begun and is full with gifts for you, starting with the giveaway we have with Forever 21 for you can go shopping at this festive time. December to me means to get to see my friends and family I don´t usually see, because we´re all in the same tune, spending time together. But beyond meetings and gifts, which are always welcome and treasured details, the goal this month is to have peace and happiness together. I plan to start this month and new year happy, and I have achieved it in these few days...

What I bring you today is an outfit from Forever 21, these items and many others are some of you could buy with your gift card. This outfit was selected to wear it for the holiday parties I´ll have with my friends this month. The skirt has this beautiful detail as if it was painted with a lacy pattern, and the blazer coat, which incidentally is one of my favorite trends of the season totally fits my personality and harmonizes every time look, the clutch was ideal to bright and give that pop of color to the outfit. I´m more than happy with my new acquisitions.

It was my birthday

Si me preguntan cual es mi cumpleaños perfecto, bueno, les diría, que debería de ser un día tranquilo, relajado, en la playa o piscina, con mi familia y mucho chocolate. Gracias a Dios tuve eso y mas este fin de semana, compartir con las personas que mas amo es el mejor regalo, y disfrutar de su amor y compañía es mas que suficiente... 

Mi hermana hizo estas tiernas paletas de pastel para mi, y ademas había pastel de chocolate, así que no pude haber pedido mas para quedar satisfecha. Gracias a todos los que me dejaron saludos y deseos en mis redes sociales, ustedes son los mejores lectores que podría pedir.

If you ask me how my perfect birthday would be, I would say, it should be a quiet day, relaxing on the beach or pool, with my family and lots of chocolate. Thank God I had that and more last weekend, share with the people I love is the best gift, and enjoy their love and companion is enough...

My sister made these cute little cake pops for me, and I also had chocolate cake, so I couldn´t have asked for more to be satisfied. Thanks to everyone who wrote greetings and wishes in my social networks, you are the best readers I could ask for.

Leather ballerina

Feliz fin de semana para todos... yo se que es un fin de semana de locura porque empieza diciembre y todos queremos aprovechar los descuentos del Black Friday, pues hablando de esto, no se olviden de pasar a Pradera zona 10 en donde estará Dress Code con increíbles descuentos para todos ustedes... Esta es la marca que me vistió para este post en donde mezcle un poco la fuerza del cuero con un poco de arte espontaneo... 

Esta debo decir que es una de mis faldas favoritas de esta temporada, su color ocre es hermoso, y hace que la piel se vea un poco dorada, la combine con una blusa negra con detalles de cuero y unas flats de animal print. Al momento de tomas las fotografías y dar una vuelta me sentí como una ballerina, así que unas cuantas poses nos hicieron reír y crear un post para ustedes muy espontaneo...

I know it's a weekend of madness ´cause December begins and we all want to take advantage of discounts for Black Friday, and talking about this, don´t forget to pass by Pradera where Dress code will be with amazing discounts for you... this is the brand that dressed me for this post where the leather force mixes with a little spontaneous art...

I must say this is one of my favorite skirts on this season, its ocher color is beautiful, and makes the skin look a little tanned, I combined with a black blouse with leather deets and animal print flats. While we were doing the photos, I kinda felt like a ballerina, so a few poses made us laugh and create a very spontaneous post for you...

Grey flowers

Con el otoño todo se torna gris, el cielo, el jardín, las calles y porque no decir también las tendencias pues uno de los eternos colores de fin de año es el gris. Mi propuesta para hoy es que el llevar gris no quiere decir que el look deba ser apagado o aburrido, hay diversos estampados que enmarcan todo lo contrario, y debido a eso estos pantalones de Dress Code son una perfecta opción para armar un lindo conjunto acorde a esta tendencia. 

Lo que me gusto de estos pantalones fue el estampado floral, son pantalones con un cierto toque deportivo pero a la vez muy sofisticados por su textura y color. Yo no quise salirme demasiado de esa perspectiva y lo combine con una tshirt blanca y unos zapatos altos para darle un contraste sporty chic. Pero la verdad, sé que este pantalón me ofrece muchas posibilidades para jugar con él.

Como se habrán dado cuenta, me corte el cabello, lo hice el pasado viernes, y pues quería un cambio antes de mi cumpleaños, y mi estilista sugirió esto, con lo cual quede encantada, después de tener el cabello tan largo sentí incluso un poco de libertad, pues como ya les he dicho, tengo abundante cabello y el sentirlo más ligero es un tanto liberador, que les parece?   

With autumn all turns gray, the sky, gardens, streets and why not also say trends. My proposal today is that wearing gray doesn´t mean the look should be turned off or bored, there are different patterns that frame the opposite, and because of that these pants from Dress Code are a perfect choice to put together a look according to this trend.

What I liked about my pants was the floral print, have a sporty but sophisticated on texture and color. I didn´t want to loose that perspective and combine it with a white tee and high shoes to give it a sporty chic contrast. But the truth is that I know this item offers me many opportunities to play with.

As you may have noticed, I cut my hair, I did it last Friday, because I wanted a change before my birthday, and my stylist suggested it, after having long hair this felt like a little freedom, because as I told you, I have thick hair and now I feel it lighter, somehow is liberating, what do you think?

Bueno amigos, se llego el día del evento más importante de la moda en Guatemala, Mercedes Benz Fashion Week, primera edición en el país. Pueden imaginarse la emoción que estamos viviendo? No lo creo... es demasiada. Ya están aquí bloggers internacionales, las revistas de moda están listas para cubrir el evento y por supuesto todos los guatemaltecos amantes de la moda que anhelábamos que se abriera esta puerta en nuestra industria. Quiero dar gracias a ustedes, mis lectores, pues sin su apoyo este blog no estaría presente para vivir esta experiencia, así que tratare de darle la mejor cobertura para ustedes. Estaremos al asecho del mejor street style para que no se pierdan nada.
