Bright RED

Hola a todos!!! Hoy un post con un outfit muy diferente a lo que suelo usar, no soy muy de usar rojo pero al ver este jumpsuit supe que lo quería para mi... Cuando pienso en rojo, pienso en negro para matificarlo pero esta vez quería algo distinto a  lo que llevo siempre, decidí usarlo con tonos dorados y el resultado fue un outfit rojo muy brillante que al final me encanto.

El dorado con el rojo es imperdible, esta vez llevo un statement necklace dorado por debajo del cuello del jumpsuit, y unos statement earring rojos con dorado. Las nuevas tendencias de zapatos nos traen tacones gruesos y este par en especial tienen detalles metálicos, tendencias que solo podemos encontrar en Almacenes Siman.

Hi y´all!!! Today I have a new outfit post different from what I usually wear, I'm not red kind of girl but when I saw this red jumpsuit I knew I wanted for me... When I think about red, I think about black also to matify it, but this time I wanted something different of what I usually wear, I decided to wear it with gold accessories and the result was a very bright red outfit that I loved.

The gold and red is perfect, I´m wearing a gold statement necklace below the jumpsuit neck and a statement red earring with gold. The new trends on shoes bring us chunky heels and this pair in particular have metallic accents, trends that you can only found at Siman.

Creo que no descartare del todo al rojo para futuras ocasiones...

I think I won't entirely dismiss red on future occasions...

Gastronomy movies I want to see

En mi búsqueda de mantenerme Al Tanto de las Películas en las Que vale la pena Invertir par des de horas de nuestro de tan preciado Tiempo, ENCONTRE ESTA Selección de Películas estafa Una Característica, do Eje Central es la gastronomía ... Y es Que ya Todos : hemos de Visto las mas Populares, Ratatouille, Julio y Julia, chocolate, etc, etc Pero los Críticos del Mundo del TIENEN cine nos Animan a indagar Un Poco Mas En Este arte y ver mas. En lo, USTEDES Saben Que mi gusto personal Por La cocina es Mas Que la ONU Que HACER, Es Un deleite para mi inventar, Crear, ensuciarme ... ASI Que ver Una película where do trama Rodea a la comida es Mas Que placentero .. . 

En mi búsqueda para mantenerse al tanto de las películas que vale la pena invertir un par de horas de nuestro precioso tiempo, me encontré con esta selección de películas con una característica, su eje central ES comida ... Todos hemos visto los más populares ratatouille, Julie y Julia, chocolate, etc etc, pero film's los críticos de todo el mundo tienen animarnos a profundizar un poco más en este arte y ver más. Personalmente, usted sabe que mi amor por la cocina es más que un hacer, es un placer para mí para inventar, crear, conseguir sucio ... Así que veo una película donde la trama rodea la comida es más que agradable ...

Off the shoulder top

Hola a todos! Una nueva semana ha comenzado y mi lista de quehaceres esta llena, y la suya? Quiero contarles que tuve un fin de semana hermoso, no sabia cuanto necesitaba descansar hasta que lo hice, regrese renovada, tranquila, con aire puro fluyendo en mi cabeza y en todo mi ser... También tuve un maravilloso tiempo con amigos el sábado por la noche, y el domingo no fue tan bueno ya que mi esposo se enfermo, si, mi amor esta malito, así que hice de enfermera el domingo y todo el día de ayer. Creo que hice un buen trabajo ya que hoy volvió a sus labores...

Pero el post de hoy trata de lo que use el sábado por la mañana para ir a mi casa de verano, algo mas que simple, fresco y que le queda a cualquiera... Lo diferente de este outfit es la blusa, es una prenda de manta blanca, es mexicana, con un gran vuelo que me encanta, y el hecho que sea grande y floja me agrada aun mas. Esta blusa esta en mi closet no solo por el increíble gusto de mi abuelita al regalarme ropa sino porque el detalle de mostrar los hombros con clase y sencillez es una de las cosas que mas me hace sentir femenina. Esta es una blusa que obviamente no solo puedes comprar en México, sino en cualquier lugar en Guatemala, algo difícil para mis lectores internacionales de conseguir sin lugar a duda pero que les insto a poder adquirir para sus veranos. 

Hello everyone! A new week has begun and my to-do list is full, how´s yours? I want to tell you I had a beautiful weekend, I didn´t know how much I needed to rest until I did it, I returned renovated, relaxed, with fresh air flowing in my head and in my whole being... I also had a wonderful time with some friends on saturday night, and Sunday was not that good because my husband got sick, yes, my love is ill, so I play the nurse  on Sunday and yesterday. I think I did a good job because today he returned to his work... 

But today's post is about what I wore on Saturday morning to go to my pool house, something more than simple, cool and fits to anyone... The extra touch about this outfit is the top, is a white cotton garment, from Mexico, with a big rufle wich I love, and the fact that ​​it´s big and loose pleases me even more. This top is in my closet not only by the incredible taste of my grandmother when she gives me clothes but because the detail on the shoulders, to show with class and simplicity is one of the things that makes me feel very feminine. This is obviously a top that you can buy not only in Mexico, but anywhere in Guatemala, a little hard to get to my international readers undoubtedly but I encourage you to purchase for your summers.

Can´t wait for the weekend

De verdad ya no puedo esperar por el fin de semana que para mi oficialmente inicia mañana, ya que es el cumple de mi papa y pasaremos el día juntos acá en Antigua, pero el sábado, despues de varios meses sin ir, al fin estaré en mi casa de verano... Han sido meses pero se han sentido como años. Mi vida últimamente ha estado tan agitada que no he tenido la oportunidad de ir a sumergiré en la piscina, así que en verdad necesito este descanso...

Cuales son sus planes de este fin de semana...?

I really can't wait for the weekend to come, for me it officially starts tomorrow, it's my father's birthday and we´ll spend the day together here in Antigua, but on Saturday, after several months without going I´ll be able to go to my pool home finally... there has been months since the last time but it has felt like years. My life has been so hectic lately that I haven't had the opportunity to go to dive into the pool, so I really need this break...

What are your plans for this weekend...?

Agua

Ayer por la noche, mientras escribía este post, empezó a caer una suave y fresca lluvia, me hizo pensar que pronto iba a extrañar las noches calurosas en Antigua... Y al ver estas increíbles fotos de Lucia Soto, viendo la lluvia a través de la ventana, no dude ni un segundo en llamar este post "Agua"...

Quise crear un outfit con tonos del color del agua inspirándome en este pantalón con efecto ombre, azul solido desde arriba y bajando tonalidades conforme se despliega hacia abajo, hasta tornarse blanco... No fue difícil ya que el azul y sus tonalidades siempre esta presente casi en cualquier temporada. Debo decir que este es un color con el que siempre me he identificado. 

El guipur es otra de las texturas que se han hecho ver esta temporada, y me encanta, en Almacenes Siman hay una variedad de prendas en guipur para poder escoger la que mas se adapte a nuestro estilo. También quiero hacer notar este hermoso collar, me encanta el efecto transparente de vitral, son los accesorios como estos que logran definir un buen atuendo. 

Last night, while I was writing this post, began to fall a soft and fresh rain, it made ​​me think I would miss the hot nights in Antigua soon... Then, by seeing these amazing photos by Lucia Soto, there was me watching the rain through the window, I didn't hesitate a second to named this post "Agua" that means "Water" in spanish... 

I wanted to create an outfit in water shades parting from the color inspiration in these bottoms with ombre effect, it has a solid blue on the top and it unfolds down until it turns totally white... It wasn't difficult because the blue and its shades is always present almost in any season. I must say this is a color I've always felt identified with. 

The guipure is another textures that have stayed this season, and I love it, Siman has a guipure variety of garments to choose the one that suits to your style. I also want to notice this beautiful necklace, I love the transparent effect of stained glass, these are the kind of accessories that can define a good outfit.

No se a ustedes pero este finde largo a mi me ha hecho muy bien, tuvimos una fiesta familiar y yo fui la anfitriona, la pasamos super bien, una parte de la familia aun no conocía nuestra nueva casa y este finde largo propicio su visita. Algunos se quedaron de huéspedes durante el fin de semana para poder disfrutar de la vida en Antigua, siempre es agradable tener la maravillosa compañía de la familia...

Al pensar en eso, me di cuenta que ustedes tampoco conocen mi nuevo hogar, así que estas fotos de hoy las tomamos en una de nuestras escaleras, y poco a poco les iré mostrando los detalles hermosos que hicieron que me enamorara de esta casa. Aun nos falta mucho con la decoración, me gusta tomarme el tiempo y hacerlo paulatinamente para estar segura de cada decision sobre cada clavo, cada cuadro, cada color etc... Tal vez haga algunos post de decoración sobre lo que he ido aprendiendo en el proceso. 

Bueno, pero ahora hablemos del outfit que es lo que a muchos de ustedes les interesa... Es un outfit de colores sólidos, fresco y limpio. Quise combinar dorados y blancos con mi nueva bufanda infinita de la colección de Cristha Fuentes, ella ha hecho estos diseños en colores sólidos y estampados y me gustan mucho las texturas que ha utilizado ya que son frescas y cómodas como si no estuvieras usando nada... 

I don't know you, but this long weekend has been so good to me, we had a family party and I was the hostess, we had a great time, part of the family still didn't know our new home and this long weekend was perfect for their visit. Some guests even stayed during the weekend to enjoy the life in Antigua, it's always nice to have the wonderful company of the family... 

When you think about it, I realized that you don't know my new home too, so for today's post we take these pictures in one of our stairs, and gradually  I'll show the beautiful details that made me love this house. Although we still have much to do with the decor, I like to take my time and do it slowly to be sure of every decision on every nail, every picture, every color etc... I´ll maybe do some decorating post about what I've learned in the process. 

Well, let's talk about today's outfit that's what many of you are interested in... It is an outfit with solid, fresh and clean colors. I wanted to combine gold and white with my new infinity scarf from Cristha Fuentes collection, she has made these designs in solid colors and beautiful prints too, and I really like the textures she used because they're cool and comfortable as if you were not wearing nothing...

Hola amigos míos!!! como están? hoy les traigo un post de outfit y de belleza, dos en uno... Primero que todo, los invito a ser buenos observadores, ya que muchas veces pase al lado de estos productos y la verdad no los observe muy bien... Les hablo de Studio Makeup, una linea de maquillaje muy innovadora y exclusiva de Almacenes Siman, la verdad no tiene que envidiarle nada a otras marcas, ya que cada uno de sus productos tiene algo mas que aportar, por ejemplo, tienen un maquillaje que es a base de agua y que tambien cumple con la función de rellenar lineas de expresión. EDITORIAL:: Odisea for Harper's Bazaar Mexico

En la búsqueda de aportar a la moda en Guatemala con un contenido diferente y de inspiración con este blog, una vez mas les traigo un nuevo post de contendido editorial. Me cuesta expresar lo mucho que me gusta esta sección de Harper's Bazaar México llamado Odisea donde muestran una capsula previa al otoño con ropa exquisita. Pero veamos mas allá de solo "la ropa", la moda no es solo ropa, es realmente un arte y por eso muchos de nosotros sentimos no solo gusto sino pasión y nos inspira. En ese sentido, veamos el escenario, la expresión facial y corporal, la posición de cada pieza, matices de color, contrastes, simplicidad, etc... y encontraran mas que una foto con una modelo bonita. Pero porque no ir mas lejos e indagar en el nombre del proyecto, odisea, siendo su significado un viaje lleno de aventuras con situaciones favorables pero tambien adversas...

I can hardly express how much I love this section of Harper's Bazaar Mexico named Odyssey, which shows a prefall capsule with exquisite clothes. But let's look beyond just the "clothes", fashion is not just clothes, it's really an art and so many of us have not only good taste for it but passion and inspires us.
