Priorities

Hola a todos, wow! como nada paso mas de una semana sin escribir... Realmente he tenido muchas prioridades que han tomado mi tiempo. Si lees mi blog sabrás que hace tres semanas mi pequeñita se quebró el brazo, ok! allí empezó todo, hubieron complicaciones y ella esta en reposo total, para un adulto reposar son buenas noticias pero para un niño no lo son, su estado anímico se vio afectado y es mi deber de mama estar a su lado para que ella pase mejor este tiempo y pueda comprender que todo es por su bien, es en estos momentos en donde vivo la complejidad de ser mama... no es fácil, pero si es satisfactorio.

Hello everyone, wow! It has passed a week with out writing... I´ve had priorities that have took my time. If you read my blog you´ll know that three weeks ago my little girl broke her arm, ok! everything started that day, it got complicated and she have to rest, for an adult the news about resting are pretty cool but for a child that is definetely not a good new, her humor has been affected and my duty as a mom is to be by her side so she can pass this time in a better way and to understand that is for her own good, is in these moments when I live the complexity of being a mom... isn´t easy, but is satisfactory.

Ella es mi prioridad y lo sera hasta que se recupere, tal vez seguiré posteando pero no escribiendo tanto o escribiré y no habrán fotografías tan a menudo, ustedes entenderán .. No vamos ni por la mitad de su recuperación y lo que anhelo es que su vida sea normal lo mas pronto posible... 

She is my priority and she will be til she´s recovered, I´ll may post but I won´t write much, you understand me... We´re not even in the half way of her recovering and I want her to have a normal life as soon as pissible.

Otra prioridad ademas de mi familia son mis lindas amigas, y ahora una de ellas que ha estado lejos por un par de años ha venido a pasar unos días con nosotras, así que estamos aprovechando a estar juntas lo mas que se pueda. Esta semana es la semana santa acá en Guatemala, y son básicamente las vacaciones de verano por acá, así que todo el mundo sale de la ciudad, a la playa o a tantos lugares turísticos que Guatemala posee... Nosotros solo saldremos un par de días para celebrar el cumpleaños de mi princesa, queremos hacer de ese día lo mas normal posible para que pueda disfrutarlo al máximo.

My priority is my family but my friends are a priority too, and one of them has come for a couple of weeks so we want to spend time together as much as we can. We have summer vacations this week in Guatemala, so everybody is out, no one is in the city, everybody is in the beach... We´ll be out just for a couple of days to celebrate my princess´s birthday, we want that day to be the most normal possible so she can enjoy it.

Gracias a todas las que han estado preguntando porque no he posteado, y han estado preguntando por mi pequeña  en serio eso vale mucho para mi. Ya me verán mas cuando mi vida se normalice, y muchas gracias por poder contar con ustedes... 

Thanks to all of you that have wrote to me about why I haven´t posted, and thanks for asking for my little girl, I really apreciate that. You´ll see me often again when my life get normal again. and is good to know I can count on you....

Y quiero aprovechar para decirle a mi hermana en Chile, Feliz cumpleaños!!!!!! la mejor, mama, hermana, amiga, fotógrafa, etc... ustedes la amarían tanto como yo, ella es un sol, y hoy es la festejada, desde acá te mando mil besos y flores a ti mi hermanita amada...

And I want to take this opportunity to tell my sister in Chile, Happy Birthday!! the best, mom, sister, friend, photographer, etc ... you would love her as much as me, she´s a sun, and today she´s the birthday girl, from here I send you a thousand kisses and flowers to you my dear sister...
