Hola a todos... Recuerdan que uno de mis propósitos de este año era cuidar mi salud, bueno, con toda esta transición de cambio de ciudad y por ende, de vida, es algo en lo que he tenido mucha dificultad. Sin embargo el pasado domingo me detuve a pensar en mi salud y decidí retomar el mejorarla.
Hello everyone... remember that one of my goals this year was to be healthier, well, with all this transition, the moving and therefore a new life, is something I've had much difficulty. But last Sunday I started thinking about my health again and I decided to make it happen.
Una de las cosas que mas calidad aportara a nuestra salud son los vegetales y frutas, y últimamente se han puesto super de moda los smoothies, mas si son verdes, yo no he tomado nunca uno, y pienso que debería haber tomado ya al menos un par. Hay muchísimas recetas para elabora uno en casa, yo quise simplificar todo un poco y para ello tengo esta lista de ingredientes con su cantidad para poder elaborar un smoothie a nuestro gusto propio. Solo debes combinar y mezclar y tendrás tu smoothie verde.
One of the things that most quality gives to our health is all kind of vegetables and fruits, and lately smoothies are the new trend, better if they´re green, I've never had one, and I think I should have already had at least one. There are many recipes to prepared these at home, I wanted to simplify everything a bit and for that I have this list of ingredients with quantity to make up a smoothie of our own taste. You only have to mix and match and just like that you'll have your green smoothie.
No es esta la mejor guía simplificada. Quisiera saber si ustedes toman smoothies verdes, sus recetas, si les han ayudado, etc... Me ayudarían mucho para conocer mas beneficios reales.
