El clima es una locura, ayer hacia sol y hoy no ha parado de llover, por fortuna ayer con el poco sol que había pude usar unos shorts, que es el outfit que hoy les traigo. Que se va a hacer, así es Guatemala, con colores bellos y días con climas locos jajaja...

Hola queridos amigos... Yo creo que si muchos de mis lectores internacionales no conocías la bandera de Guate ahora siempre recordaran que es azul y blanco, ya que este es el tercer outfit de esta semana donde me inspiro en los colores de la bandera de mi país. Podrán ver que son colores que calman, inspiran mucha paz, es por eso que al igual que ayer hemos escogido lugares verdes y tranquilos para las fotografías... 

Hello dear friends... If many of my international readers didn't knew the colors of Guatemala's flag I think that you'll now always remember those, blue and white, because this is the third outfit this week inspired by the colors of the flag of my country. Midi striped dress #GT15SEP

Hoy otro outfit con los colores nacionales. Esta semana traeré un outfit diario con los colores de la bandera de Guatemala, se le dice azul y blanco pero es mas un azul cielo, no es tan oscuro... 

Today´s post is another outfit with national colors. This week I´ll bring you a daily outfit with the colors of Guatemala's flag, books says our flag is blue and white but is more like sky blue...

Hoy aprovecho para usar este vestido, que por el largo que tiene es mas bien llamado"midi dress", ya que el largo es por debajo de la rodilla y no es hasta los pies, si fuese hasta los pies seria un "maxi dress", si tienes una falda de este largo, seria una "midi skirt", ok! punto dado... jajaja... Prometo ampliar la explicación en un próximo post.

Lo he modificado un poco (ver original aquí), quitandole el cinturón que trae, y atando esta camisa por encima, da la apariencia mas de una falda que de un vestido, y a la vez se crea un outfit mas para el proyecto de temporada #GT15SEP relacionado a la independencia... 

I modified it a bit for this ocassion (see the original here), taking away the belt that it has, and tying this shirt above, gives the appearance of a skirt, and at the same time I create an outfit for the #GT15SEP season project related to the independence day...

National Combo #GT15SEP

Feliz inicio de semana, yo se que no he escrito mucho últimamente, he estado en mil cosas, y quisiera mostrarles las fotos del fin de semana pasado, pero tendrán que esperar porque esta semana quiero dedicarla al proyecto de temporada #GT15SEP.  estoy tratando de contagiarme de este espíritu nacional con todo mi entorno, inspirarme en los colores de la bandera de Guatemala, y así contagiarlos a ustedes un poquito de ese sentir, porque también hay que dedicarle un poquito al país no creen... Y saben, lo lindo de los colores de Guate es que son muy relajantes, como que me llenan de paz.

B&W animal print + green cashmere

Las épocas frías o de lluvia son muy malas para los que queremos salir de casa, pero como todo tienen un lado bueno y uno malo, hoy no quiero hablar solo de lo malo de las épocas de lluvia, sino también de lo bueno, ya que en las épocas de lluvia o muy frías puedo sacar todos mis suéteres de cashmere, yeyyy... Creo que no hay una sola mujer en la tierra que no disfrute de usar un lindo suéter de cashmere. Bueno, creo que cuando era niña no lo disfrutaba tanto, recuerdo que a veces me sofocaba porque siempre estaba corriendo y jugando, así que de pronto me moría de calor, pero conforme crecí cada vez lo amaba mas...

Es tan delicado, suave, calientito, y muy pero muy elegante... Me gustan los toques de este suéter, porque como ya saben las perlas son mis favoritas, y realmente fue por el detalle de los botones de perlas que lo compre, porque "classy girls wears pearls"...

Blogocional:: Cutting off distractors

Hola a todos, después de un descanso acá estoy, otra vez, retomando la vida sin el frió congelante de Xela. Fueron tres días de tanto frió para nosotros, me llegaba hasta los huesos, no miento, pero sobreviví a base del mas rico chocolate caliente hecho en Xela y en Totonicapan, su sabor era wow! 

Hi y'all, after a break here I am, again, restarting life without the freezing cold of Xela. They were three days so cold for us, chilling, I don't lie, but I survived the most delicious hot chocolate ever, from Xela and Totonicapan, its flavor was like wow!

Quier agradecer a todos por haber estado tan amablemente sugiriéndome lugares para visitar en Xela, me encanta la interacción espontanea que tengo con ustedes en Instagram (petitdi), en serio me encanta y lo disfruto mucho!

Y hablando de redes sociales, desde hace mucho quería compartir con ustedes algo que he estado haciendo. Yo estaba usando mi teléfono al máximo y usaba todas las redes sociales posibles. Estaba actualizando constantemente mis estados, mis fotos, etc. Pero un día medite y me di cuenta que era malo para mi. Yo no estoy diciendo las redes sociales son malas, no! en absoluto, es mas, son una gran herramienta para comunicarme con mi familia y mis amigos lejos, para mantener el contacto con ustedes, etc. Pero usarlas todo el tiempo me desgasto.

Así que oficialmente ya tengo dos meses de haber eliminado la aplicación de Facebook de mi teléfono, que era la que mas me absorvia, y ustedes no podrán imaginar lo liberada que me he sentido desde que lo hice. No se que pasa en la vida de todos, y me mantengo desactualizada de las ultimas ofertas, pero saben que? Se siente bien...

A veces solo hay que cortar algunas distractores... Para mi Facebook era un gran distractor, y la verdad ahora me siento muy bien sin el todo el tiempo... Entro una o dos veces al día para actualizar la fan page (Petitgraphie), reviso mensajes, respondo y Aurevoir...

Yo quería compartir con ustedes esto porque es algo que ha traído mucha tranquilidad a mi vida desde que lo hice. Y no solo elimine de mi celular la aplicación Facebook, sino también Pinterest y otras aplicaciones... Si me preguntas, ahora solo uso tres, si! tres aplicaciones en mi celular, yo se, no es nada, pero mi vida es mejor, lo puedo asegurar, me concentro mejor en lo que hago, no me distraigo, manejo mi auto con mas prudencia, mis tiempos de comida son mejores, le doy mas tiempo a cosas que me importan mas, etc.

If you ask me, now I only use three Yeah! three apps on my phone, I know, it's nothing but my life is better, I can assure you that, I concentrate better at what I do, I don't get distracted, I drive my car better, my meal times are better, you give more time for things that really matter, etc..
